Our pre-paid support service is specifically designed for companies who don’t want to commit to an annual support contract yet still require occasional technical support.

You can use your pre-paid for any type of technical support query you require, be it remote, on-site or over the phone.  

Pre-Paid customers receive the same guaranteed response times as those provided by our maintenance contracts and your pre-paid support can even be used for hardware installations.
